Black Bean Soup

Ingredients
Two 15-0z Cans Organic Black Beans (do not drain)One 16-0z jar salsa1 T. ground cumin1 T. minced garlic2 tsp lemon juice2 T. instant beef bouillon granules
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients together
2. Place in slow cooker on high for approximately 2 hours, stirring occasionally
3. Serve in individual bowls with a dollop of sour cream (optional)
