Roasted Italian Vegetables

Ingredients
7 oz. fresh green beans20 small cherry tomatoes1 can pitted black olives1 tablespoon virgin olive oilfresh ground pepper to taste1 handful fresh basil12 anchovy fillets
Directions
4 servings
Preheat oven to highest temperature (500 degrees) for at least 20 minutes.
Tail the green beans, blanch until tender (5 minutes), and drain. Place in large bowl.
Add cherry tomatoes, pitted olives, pinch of pepper and olive oil.
Toss in basil and mix.
Place mixture in greased cast iron skillet.
Lay anchovies on top of mixture.
Roast in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
