Baked chili with brown rice

Ingredients
1 lb 93% lean ground beef1 chopped onion1 chopped bell pepper (small)1 can mexicorn (with liquid)2 cans chili beans (with liquid)1 can petite diced tomatoes (with liquid)Garlic powder to tasteChili powder to tasteDash ground cumin1 cup tomato juice or V81 cup brown rice1 cup fat free shredded cheddar
Directions
Preheat oven to 350*
Spray a large oven proof skillet with cooking spray. Brown ground beef, onion and green pepper. Sprinkle with seasonings. Add remaining ingredients except cheese. Do not drain corn or beans. Bring to a boil. Cover and place in oven for one hour. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven and broil until cheese is bubbly.
