Quick Cabbage Soup

Ingredients
One 1 lb bag of Coleslaw mixOne Can of Black Beans, undraiedTwo Cans of Diced Tomatoes, undrained2 small oniions, diced1 cup of chopped celery1.5 cup chopped carrotsOne small Pork neck bone4 cups of tap water, approximately enough to fill up the pot
Directions
Pour everything together into a soup pot and simmer down for at least 2 hours...better if simmered all day.

Right before serving, remove pork bone and throw away.
