Tuna Melts

Ingredients
1 beefsteak tomato1/2 can tuna1 can tomato basil tuna1 slice Allegro low fat mozzarella
Directions
Makes 1 serving- 4 melts

-Slice the tomato into 4 round slices (1/4-1/2 in thick)
-cook/fry in non stick skillet- just enough to warm up the tomato slice
- combine the 1/2 can regular tuna with the 1 can tomato basil tuna- mix together
- spread the mixture on top of each tomato slice
- then add 1/4 of allegro cheese slice on top of each tomato tuna slice.
-place a cover over the skillet/frying pan until the tuna has heated up and the cheese has melted---
- Enjoy
