Egg-Free Chocolate Banana Pancakes

Ingredients
-2C all-purpose flour-1/4C sugar-4t baking powder-1/2t salt-1C non fat milk-1C sour cream-1/3C butter, melted
Directions
In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt. In second bowl, mix milk, sour cream, butter, olive oil, water and baking powder. Fold into larger bowl and mix well.

Stir in banana's and chocolate chips until well mixed.

Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto a greased hot griddle or skillet. Turn when bubbles form on top, cook until the second side is golden brown.

Taste great plain and my fiance didn't even know they were egg-free!
