orzo side dish

Ingredients
1.5 cup dry orzo2 gloves garlic1 small onion3 cups low sodium chicken broth2 tbsp olive oilwater as needed2 tbsp flax seed ground
Directions
-in a frying pan saute garlic and onion in olive oil
-put in a couple of cups of chicken broth and heat to boil
-put in orzo and lower to simmer
-add flax meal
-stir orzo occasionally adding more broth or water until pasta is cooked
-put in frozen peas
makes about 4 servings
