Way Too Healthy Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
Carrots, celery, onion, green pepper, garlic, tomatoes, parsley, salt, pepper, chicken breast, cabbage, green beans, chicken boulion
Directions
Pour into a dutch oven or stock pot, 2 quarts water. Dice up the garlic cloves and all vegetables. Then add all the ingredients to the water and bring to boil, then lower heat to simmer. After 1/2 hour remove chicken breast and either shread or dice and return to soup and continue simmering for 30 more mins or until all veggies are tender. I don't use a lot of salt in my cooking so you may want to season to taste.
