1/2 cup of frozen raspberries1 small banana, peeled2/3 cup unsweeted pineapple juice, chilled1/2 cup ice2 Tbsp low-fat plain yogurt3 tsp wheat germ1 tsp honey
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smouth. Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately.
