Collard Greens and Bacon

Ingredients
2 cups frozen Collards (or one box)6 strips of Bacon1/4 cup Onions chopped1 dash Pepper, black1 dash salt
Directions
thaw collard greens
cut up bacon into small pieces and fry till crispy
add onions and saute till soft
add salt and pepper to taste then stir in collards.
lower heat and let simmer 5 to 10 mins then serve hot.
