These are really good! I cooked mine for a little longer than I would like my eggs generally, but I was able to warm them in the microwave. Great to make ahead of time! - 2/23/09

Very good and so easy! I threw in a little of the tiny cubed ham pieces and sprinkled just a touch of shredded cheese on top for garnish and was great! - 2/18/09

I mixed this up Christmas Eve and poured it into the muffin pan on Christmas morning. We enjoyed it with a slice of whole wheat toast and a cup of coffee. A wonderful alternative to the traditional strata. - 12/25/08

If you want to loose weight, skip the ham. I used two boca burgers for the meat. - 1/13/13

**This sounds good to try! Can put in diced zucchini, mushrooms, onion etc to vary it. Thanks for the ideas. 090107 - 1/7/09
