Pineapple Smoothie

Directions
2 cups fresh or frozen pineapple chunks1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice1 cup low fat buttermilk2 teaspoons vanilla extract3 teaspoons sugar or other sweetener, optional
Put all ingredient in blender and process until smooth. If you use frozen pineapple chunks this makes a very thick drink.
The nutritional info does not include the optional sugar as I don't add the sugar. I do add protein powder once in a while though, but that;s not included either.
