Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients
1 lb. 93% lean ground turkey 1 cup cooked spinach3 tbsp diced onions1 clove diced garlic1 jumbo egg1/2 cup bread crumbs or pankoWorcestershire, to taste
Directions
Pre heat oven to 350

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, using fingers to combine. Add worcestershire and salt & pepper to taste.

Oil a flat baking or loaf pan with spray oil. Form turkey mixture into a loaf in the pan.

Bake for 30 - 45 minutes, or until internal temperature is at least 160 degrees farenheit.

Alow to rest for ten minutes before slicing.

Serves 6 - enjoy!
