Pumpkin Bars

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour1/2 cup sugar1/2 cup brown sugar1 teaspoon baking soda1 teaspoon baking powder1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon cinnamon1/8 teaspoon cloves1/8 teaspoon ginger1/8 teaspoon allspice1/8 teaspoon nutmeg1 cup pumpkin puree2 eggs1/4 cup vegetable oil1/4 cup apple sauce
Directions
Preheat over to 350

Combine all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

Whisk together pumpkin, eggs, vegetable oil, and applesauce in a bowl. Add to dry ingredient and mix until combined.

Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan and bake for 25-30 minutes. Makes 10 servings.
