Microwave Chicken Tetrazini

Ingredients
1/4 c. butter or margerine1/4 c. flour1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup 94% fat free1/2 c. hot water1 cube chicken bouillan1/4 c. skim milk2 c. chicken breast, cooked and diced2 c. whole wheat spaghetti, cooked2 T. cooking wine1 T. Parsley2 c. fresh sliced mushrooms 2 T. parmesan cheese
Directions
Cook spaghetti according to directions on package directions. Add margerine to microwave safe 2 quart dish. Microwave for 30 seconds on High until butter melted. Slowly stir in flour. Mix well. Alternate cream soup, hot water and bouillan stir until mixed thoroughly. Microwave mixture for 2 minutes on High until mixture is thickened, add cooked diced chicken, wine, parsely and mushrooms. Cook for 5 minutes on high until mushrooms cooked thoroughly. Add cooked spaghetti and top with parmesan cheese.
