Corn bread with chillies

Ingredients
1 cup Yellow or bleu cornmeal1 tbs baking powder1/4 cup parmesan cheese2 eggs or substitute1 cup yogurt, sour cream or buttermilk2 cups corn kernels2 - 4 hot chilliesolive or sunflower oil
Directions
Preheat oven at 375. Mix dry ingredients. Add sunflower oil, eggs and buttermilk. Fold in corn. Pour 1/3 batter into greased 8X8 pan. Cover with mozzarelle cheese (optional) and chilies. Top with remaining batter. Bake for 30 - 40 min or until lightly brown. Yields 1 bread. Cut in 10 sqares.
