Baked Stuffed Jalapeno Peppers

Ingredients
6 medium fresh jalapeño peppers1 oz. cream cheese, softened1 cup (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar**1 slice bacon, cooked & crumbled**Delicious with smoked gouda alsoIf you want the baked peppers hot, mix in some pepper seeds with the cheeses.
Directions
Cut peppers in half lengthwise; remove seeds & membranes. Cook peppers in boiling water 5 to 10 minutes ( for spicy, 5 minutes, for mild, 10 minutes). Drain well. Combine cheeses; heap into pepper halves and sprinkle with bacon (or mix in with cheeses). Place on baking sheet and bake in 400F oven for 5 minutes until cheese melts.
