1 - 16 oz. package Tilapia1 - 10 oz. package frozen peas and carrots1 cup brown rice2 1/4 cups waterSalt and Pepper to tast
Pour water into steamer bowl along with the brown rice. Wash fish and season with salt and pepper. Place fish in steamer basket and top with frozen peas and carrots. Start steamer. Dinner is ready when steamer beeps. Put rice on plates then top with the fish, peas and carrots.
