Bean Salad

Ingredients
3 tins (drained, rinsed) of Pam's 4 bean mix170g green beans, washed, topped and tailed, cut into 5cm lengths3 small ripe tomatoes, diced1 green capsicum, seeded and diced2/3 of a telegraph cucumber (about 250g), diced50g green olives, pitted and chopped2 spring onions, chopped2 tsp dijon mustard0.5 cup Eta French Lite and Free dressingPepper and salt to taste (and other herbs as desired - not included in nutrition calculation)
Directions
Combine all ingredients, allow to sit for at least half an hour (pref overnight) before serving to allow flavours to blend.

Makes 7 serves of 260g each.
