Vegetarian "meatballs" in Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
Directions
1 Onion- chopped2 Cloves Garlic- crushedTablespoon Olive oil2 cans plum Tomatoes10 mushrooms chopped1 packet frozen quorn vegetarian meatballs1 teaspoon marmalade (or sugar or sweetener)
Cook the onions and garlic in a medium pan in the olive oil until brown. Add the musrooms and cook for 10 mins.
Stir in the tomatoes and marmalade (or sugar or sweetener), season and cook on a low heat for 40 mins until the sauce has thickened. Add the meatballs and cook for a further 30 mins on a medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Serve with green salad, potatoes or rice.
