BARLEY BEAN STEW

Ingredients
2 T canola oil1 large onion - chopped2 celery stalks - chopped1/2 cup uncooked quick cooking barley1 carrot - chopped2 cans tomato soup1 T chili powder1/2 t salt1/4 t pepper2 cans (15 oz each) Great northern beans, rinsed an drainedMakes approximately 9 - 1 cup servings
Directions
Heat oil.
Cook onion, celery, and carrot 5 mintues.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Boil.
Reduce heat.
Cover.
Simmer 40 mintues.
