Gina's Homemade Vegetable Beef Barley Soup

Ingredients
4 cups Water6 cloves of Garlic (we like a lot)1 lb lean ground beef (cook and remove all fat)10 oz. bag frozen vegetable soup mix1/4 cup uncooked barley1 large can whole canned tomatoesSalt & Pepper - to taste
Directions
Cook ground beef and remove all excess fat
In a large soup pan combine all ingredients and bring to a hard boil for 5 minutes. Add ground beef and cook for approximately 15 - 20 minutes longer. Turn off heat and let sit until ready to serve.
