Turkey Rissoles

  • Number of Servings: 4
Ingredients
1 medium onion finely diced1 ib ground turkey1 egg3 Weet Bix, crushedherbs or spices of choice I use thai seasoning
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients and shape into 8 rissoles.
2. Spray a frypan with olive oil and fry rissoles until brown on one side, turn and brown on other side.
Serve hot with stir fry vegetables and honey soy sauce or with mashed potato and steamed vegetables.
Tip. To prevent breaking up only turn once.
