High Protein Blueberry Bars

2 Cups Quick Oats1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour3/4 Cup Wheat Germ1/2 Cup Protein Powder3/4 Cup Light Brown Sugar1 Cup White Chocolate Morsels1/2 tsp Salt1/2 Cup Vegtable Oil1/2 Cup Honey2 Large Eggs2 tsp Vanilla Extract1 Cup Dried Blueberries
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Line the bottom of an 8" pan with parchment paper
Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Be sure the brown sugar is well mixed. Blend the liquid ingredients in a second bowl. Add the liquid to the dry ingredients and mix throughly (this is best done using your hands).
Spread the mixture in the pan and bake for 25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
Allow to cool completely before cutting into square bars. If desired, wrap each individually in plastic wrap and store in an air-tight container for up to 1 week.
