Miranda's Breakfast Muffins

Ingredients
1 Cup oats1 Cup Milk1 Cup whole wheat flour1 scoop Optimum Nutrition “Any Whey” protein powder½ cup brown sugar½ cup applesauce2 Eggs1 tsp. Baking Powder½ tsp. Baking soda½ tsp. Salt1tsp. Cinnamon½ tsp. Nutmeg½ cup raisins or dried cranberries½ cup chopped almonds
Directions
First soak the oats in the milk for an hour. Meanwhile, preheated the oven to 400 degrees. In a separate bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients. When the oats are done soaking, add the eggs and applesauce. Finally, stir in the dry ingredients until mixed. Then divide into a well greased muffin pan. I used butter flavored canola oil spray. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Enjoy!
