Spice Pear Baked Pancake

Ingredients
Flour, whole grain, .5 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1 cup Milk, 1%, .5 cup*Sucralose (like Splenda), 4 tspGranulated Sugar, 3 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Cardamom, ground, 1 tbsp Ginger, ground, 1 tbsp Canola Oil, 2 tbsp Pears, fresh, 1 cup slices or cubes
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Blend all ingredients except pears and 1 Tbsp oil.
Use that oil to grease a 9" pie pan.
Spread pear chunks in bottom of pie pan, pour mixture over pears.
Bake for about 15 minutes, until it puffs up and a cake tester comes out clean.
