Lauren's Chicken and Turkey Sausage Gumbo

Ingredients
7 Leg Quarters2 packs of Turkey Sausage1 large bag of Seasoning Blend (onion and green pepper mix)1 large bag of frozen okra1 bag of Louisiana brand Gumbo MixLots of water
Directions
Boil chicken in large stock pot. When finished cooking, take chicken out and strain broth. Put broth back in stock pot. Add veggie's and seasoning. Cut up sausage and add to broth and veggies. De-bone chicken and put back in pot. Stir occationally to keep from sticking to the bottom.

Makes 18 - 16oz servings

I don't eat mine with rice. I seperate it into containers and put in the freezer to save for later.
