Mexican Cornbread

Ingredients
6 oz ground turkey6 oz ground beef, lean1 can cream corn1 c. yellow cornmeal1/2 c chopped onion2 tsp garlic1 c. milk3 eggs3/4 c. shredded cheese1/2 c. chopped zucchini1/2 packet taco seasoning
Directions
Brown beef and turkey; drain. Season with taco seasoning. Set aside.

Mix all other ingredients in large bowl. Spoon 1/2 batter into baking dish, then spoon cooked meat on top, then the rest of the batter.

Bake at 350* for 45 or 50 min, until done.

Makes about 9 servings.
