Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients
400 grams chicken breast2 tbsp lime juice2 tbsp paprika1 tbsp chili powder1 tsp cayenne pepper2 tbsp canola oil1 large onion150 grams red bell peppers, sliced150 grams green bell peppers, sliced
Directions
Mix spices and lime juice in a medium bowl. Add chicken, mix to coat, and set aside. Heat canola oil in a large saucepan and saute onions until translucent. Add peppers and saute until soft. Push onions and peppers to the edges of the pan and add chicken to the center. Cook chicken on both sides until browned and no longer pink. Serve with flour tortillas.

    Made this but cooked on sheet pan in oven, cooked veggies first for 10 minutes, then put chicken on top, cooked until both chicken and veggies done about 15 minutes. Served over rice as family preference. - 1/25/18
