Thai Tofu Jerky

Ingredients
* Tofu, firm, 1 block * *Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade, 4 tbsp * Peanut Butter, smooth style, 2 tbsp * Chili Carrot Paste, 2 tsp
Directions
Cut tofu block in half length wise and then in to strips. (Should make 16, 1" thick rectangular pieces)

Marinate the tofu for a full day (at least) in the fridge.

Bake at lowest oven setting for 8 hours, or until it looks kinda like jerky.
