CG Banana Walnut Muffins

Ingredients
3 very ripe bananas1/2 to 1 c. sugar 1/3 c. butter1 egg1 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder1 1/2 c. flour1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Directions
Mix bananas, sugar, butter & egg. Then add remaining dry ingredients & mix. Stir in walnuts.
Bake 20 min. @ 350 in greased muffin tin. Makes 12

    A tasty, easy banana nut muffin recipe. I didn't have any baking soda but they still turned out fine. These will be great for breakfast on the go. - 4/25/10
