Homemade Basil & Spinach Pesto

Ingredients
2 cups fresh spinach2 cups fresh basil leaves1/2 cup lemon juice or to taste2 tbsp olive oil1 tsp minced garlic, or to taste1/2 cup finely shredded fresh parmesan cheesesalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients in food processor until desired consistency. For me, this came out to 4 servings about 1/4 cup each.
