Ingredients
No Yokes Noodles, 4 oz uncookedCampbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free), 1 1/2 cupsMilk, nonfat, 1/2 cupOnions, raw, 1 tsp chopped Sour Cream, reduced fat, 1 cup Ham, extra lean, (5% fat), 2 cups, dicedBread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 1.2 cup Butter, salted, 1 1/2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 tbsp1 1/2 qt. greased casserole dish
Directions
Cook noodles. In bowl, blend soup and milk. Add onion and sour cream. In casserole layer half the noodles, then ham, then sauce. Repeat. Toss bread crumbs with butter. Sprinkle on top. Top with cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Serves 6.
