Traditional Hummus

Ingredients
Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1 cup Tahini, 3 tbsp Garlic, 1 tsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin, 2 tbs Lemon juice, 2 tbsp Paprika, 1 tsp Pepper, black, 1 dash
Directions
Drain the chickpeas and take the "shells" off. You don't have to do that, but it makes for a smoother hummus and it's easier to blend. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Transfer to a bowl, sprinkle some paprika on top, cover and chill for a few hours before serving.
