Mock Tuna Salad Sandwich

Ingredients
1 can chick peas/garbonzos roughly mashed1 large stalk celery chopped1/4 cup chopped onion2 oz. (3 sm) sweet pickles or (pickle relish)3 TBLS. Miracle Whip or (Mayo)Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Drain chick peas and press roughly, don't mash completely. Add chopped celery, onion and pickles mix well and add Miracle Whip and salt and pepper to taste.

Makes 8 - 1/4 cup servings (fills 1/2 sandwich)
