High Protien Turkey and Spinach Omlet

Ingredients
~3 slices of Deli Turkey or better yet REAL Turkey Breast...Use Low Sodium to watch your Sodium intake.~1c Fresh Spinach~1/4c Cheddar Cheese (or whatever cheese you like)~1 Fresh Egg~2 Egg Whites1/4c NonFat Milk
Directions
In a small bowl combine egg, egg white, and milk...beat til well blended.

Put frying pan over med-high heat...add a small amount of olive oil...add Spinach and Turkey breast til Spinach is wilted and turkey is warmed.

Pour egg mixture over top.

Salt and Pepper to taste.

Allow egg to cook tilting pan to all sides distributing egg mixture everywhere...Lift sides and continue turning pan to distribute wet egg to outside. Just before you flip mix in a sprinkle of cheese saving a pinch. Flip omlet and sprinkle remaining cheese. Turn off burner and allow to finish cooking til all wet egg is firm to the touch...

Grab plate and fork...Enjoy...Be sure to wash it all down with a nice tall glass of Water :D
