Ultimate Garlic Mashed Potates

Ingredients
*Potato, raw, 6 largeSour Cream, reduced fat, 1/8 cup (remove)Milk, 2%, 2 tbspParsley, 2 tbspSalt, 0.5 tsp Pepper, black, 1/8 tbsp
Directions
Cut potatoes into 1-inch cubes and place into a medium pan. Add garlic and enough water to cover the potatoes. Bring to a boil; reduce heat.

Cook 8-10 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain potatoes and garlic; return to sauce pan.

Mash potatoes and garlic and stir in the remaining ingredients.
