10 ounces lowfat, vanilla yogurt1.25 cups frozen, unsweetened blueberries, unthawed1 cup skim milk, or less depending on your preferenceSplenda to taste
Add blueberries and yogurt to blender. Blend 30 seconds.
Add milk and blend one minute. Add Splenda and blend 30 seconds.
Pour into 8 oz cups and serve immediately!
