1 can (1.75 cups) of cooked pumpkin8 tbsp fat free cool whip2 cinnamon graham crackerscinnamon, all spice, nut meg, and pumpkin pie spice to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients together.

Serve with graham crackers or Vanilla wafers to put dip on. (Note: Calories do not include whatever you serve the dip on.)
