Fried Rice

Ingredients

3 cups cooked rice1 egg - beaten & scrambled4 slices bacon1/4 cup chopped onions1/2 chopped carrot3 TBsp soysauce2 tsp asian seasoning2 TBsp promise butter
Cook rice & set aside.
Scramble egg in non-stick cooking spray & set aside.
Fry bacon. Crumble & set aside.
Add chopped onions & carrots to skillet & saute until tender.
Wipe out skillet. Add promise butter and rice. Heat rice to medium & then add chopped veggies, crumbled bacon & asian seasoning. Stir and heat thorioughly. Add the soy sauce to rice mixture and mix well. Serve hot.
Makes 6 servings (1/2 cup)
