French Toast Eggs

Ingredients
1 tsp Ground cinnamon1.5 tbsp Natural peanut butter1 tsp Cocoa powder, unsweetened2 eggs1 tsp Splenda
Directions
Makes 1 serving.

A low carb food. High protein.

Scramble eggs in skillet. Mix in peanut butter when the eggs are half-way cooked,. Put on plate. Sprinkle cinnamon, cocoa, and Splenda evenly over the top of eggs.
