Carrot Pineapple Cream Cheese Salad

Ingredients
2 cups shredded carrots1/2 cup raisins1 can pineapple rings chopped up liquid reserved1/2 cup cream cheese
Directions
on a large bowl place shredded carrots and raisins

drain pineapple reserving juice and chop up pineapple add to carrot raisin in bowel

combine soften cream cheese and pineapple juice pour over carrot mixture and toss to coat refriderate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to absorb and get cold

serves 10- 1/2 cup servings
