Split Pea Curry Soup

Ingredients
* Dried Green Split Peas 1.25 cups * Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped * Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped * Ham, extra lean, (5% fat), 2 cup, diced * Curry powder, 1 tbsp * Marjoram, dried, 1 tsp * Bay leaf, 1 * 4 cups of low sodium chicken broth
Directions
Place all ingredients in a crock pot and cook on high for 4-5 hours or on low for 10-12 hours!
Enjoy as a soup or pour over rice and thoroughly enjoy!

    I'm very confused. You said one cup of Pa;cific Naturla Foods broth, or FOUR cups of low sodium chicken broth. Did you mean four cups of either one, or one of one and four of the other??? - 11/24/08

    So sorry about the confusion and thanks for catching that. Use 4 cups of any low sodium chicken broth that you'd like.
