Ingredients: Brussels sprouts, fresh, 680 grams (remove)Shallots, 6 tbsp chopped (remove)Butter, unsalted, 1.5 tbsp (remove)*College Inn Chicken Broth - 99% Fat Free, 1 cup (remove)
Directions
preheat oven to 450 - clean and halve the brussel sprouts spread on cookie sheet - spray with cooking spray - sprinkle with salt & pepper - roast until browned. In a large saute pan melt butter of med high heat - saute shallots for 2 minutes add brussel sprouts & broth cook for 20 - 30 minutes
