40 oz Frozen Broccoli1 Pound Velveeta cheese made with 2% milk1 tsp yellow mustard1 Tbsp Lemon Juice3 sticks of margarine1 tube of Ritz Crackers
Prepare Broccoli per the package and drain and put back in pan. Add mustard, lemon juice. Cut Cheese into cubes so it will melt faster and add to pan. Add 1 and a half sticks margarine. Let cheese and margarine melt and mix. Melt the other stick and a half margine in a pan or in microwave. Place tube of crackers in bag and crush. Add crackers to melted margarine. Pour broccoli mix in casserole dish and spread. Cover with cracker mixure and bake a 400 for about 15-20 minutes.
