Easy Skinny Holiday Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
1 can pumpkin pie mix5 oz non fat evaporated milk2 eggs9" frozen pie crust
Directions
Preheat oven to 425*. mix all ingredients and pour into pie crust. Bake for 15 minutes and then lower heat to 350*. Bake for an additional 50-60 minutes or until a knife comes out clean. Let cool.

Serve plain, with Cool whip light or Vanila light ice cream. YUM!
