Jam Turnover Cookies

Ingredients
1/2 c butter softened3 oz cr cheese softened1 cup flour1/8 tsp salt1/4 c preservesoptional orange glaze1 c powdered sugar2 tbls ojotherwise, put 1/2 tsp jam on top of each hot cookie as it cools.
Directions
1.mix butter, cheese, flour and salt into a dough ball.
2. cover refrig. for at least one hour
3. Heat oven 375.
4. Roll dough on well floured surface(keep flour handy) 1/8 inch thick. Work fast-dough gets warm then sticks
5. Cut 2 1/2 - 3 inch circles out-lay on ungreased cookie sheet
6. Put 1/2 tsp jam in center of dough
7. Fold and seal well(wet edges if need be)
8. Cook 8 - 10 min til brown
9. put glaze/jam on top as cookies cool
10. Eat! (be careful with this one-they are VERY delicious and 115 cal each!)
