Spaghetti Squash Lasagna

Ingredients
1 Large Spaghetti Squash1 15 ounce can of fat free spaghetti sauce6 ounces of shredded Mozzarella Cheese6 ounces of shredded Parmesan CheeseFresh spinach, if desired
Directions
Cook the spaghetti squash by peircing it with a fork and putting it in a 350 degree oven for an hour. When it has cooled some, remove the seeds and scrape out the squash. Put the squash in a bowl and mix it with the spaghetti sauce.

Put 1/2 the squash/sauce mixture in the bottom of a9x13 pan. Add some spinach, if desired. Sprinkle ove 1/2 of each of the shredded cheeses. Repeat the process so that you have two layers.

Heat in a 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes.
