Ingredients
1/4 c Molasses1/8 c Dijon Mustard1 T Cider Vinegar1/2 tsp Salt1 lbs Pork Tenderloin
Directions
Combine first 4 ingredients; brush half of mixture over pork. Cover and chill 8 hours. Chill remaining glaze. Bake @350, 45 min, or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. Turn once during cooking & baste with reserved glaze.

    Love this recipe....I put mine on the grill which gives it a nice char! I really needs the 8 hours to marinade for the best flavor. - 3/19/09
