200 Calorie Ham & Mushroom Pizza

1 Pita Bread with extra fiber added, 130 calories2 tablespoons salsa, 13 calories19g honey ham, 25 calories1 tablespoon light parmesan cheese, 23 calories41g sliced button mushrooms, 9 calories
1. Turn on your oven to 350°.
2. Place pita on a piece of parchment paper.
3. Spread salsa over pita completely, there won't be a lot of it, but it gives a lot of flavor, especially if you use medium or hotter salsa.
4. Break up the piece of thin sliced deli meat and scatter all over pizza.
5. Place mushrooms on top. Saute first with a little cooking spray if you would like. (I do!)
6. Sprinkle Parmesan over top of everything and bake until desired crispiness is attained (10-15 minutes.)
7. Eat.
Makes one serving.
